Building and Renovating Course
A three week introduction designed for current and future owner-builders, new home builders and renovators
If you’re looking at building a new home, renovating, or simply want to learn more about how the planning and construction process works for residential building, the Building and Renovating course is the perfect starting point.
This introductory course covers the entire building process step by step, from planning, through to construction and occupation. The course has been designed to ensure Owner-Builders, new home builders and home renovators start their project with clear expectations and a firm foundation of new home building processes in WA.
The course is presented by David Uhe, a local building and design expert who has extensive experience in owner-building and project management work.
Course structure: The Building and Renovating course is presented as a six part course, held over three weeks. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm – 8.30pm.
