This introductory course covers the building process step by step, from planning, through to construction and occupation. The course has been designed to ensure Owner-Builders, new home builders and home renovators start their project with clear expectations and a firm foundation of new home building processes in Perth.

The course covers building processes, responsibilities, general building advice for success and offers an in-depth focus on the various construction phases of home building.
